UPSC prep is broken in a specific way. Aspirants write answers every week and wait 10-14 days for feedback that's often two lines: “expand more”, “good try”. By the time they get it, they've written five more answers with the same mistakes.

The best mentors are expensive, few, and slow. Everyone else copies their format without their judgment.

LLMs are actually good at this now — not perfect, but consistently better than the median mentor when trained on UPSC toppers' scripts, syllabus context, and rubric depth.

The unlock isn't “an AI that grades essays”. It's an AI that grades essays the way a great mentor would — pointing to your specific weak muscles, in your specific paper, in under 90 seconds.

• Answer evaluation — submit a written answer, get a rubric-based score, breakdown by dimension, and a re-write suggestion in the aspirant's own voice.
• Weak-area tracking — over weeks, the platform learns your patterns and starts prescribing the exact chapters and answer types you need to drill.
• Mock interview module — voice-based, adaptive follow-ups, panel-style pressure.
• Prelims warm-up — daily current affairs quiz with reasoning, not just answer keys.

Currently in private beta with a cohort of aspirants across Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Rebuilding the feedback engine this quarter based on what the beta showed us — the first version was too polite, so we're teaching it to be usefully harsh.
